So what’s the point of following guys, girls and companies such as these?
When it comes to learning anything, and the process of change involved in growing, developing and building, it always helps to be able to model yourself or your project on someone who is already doing what you’re doing.
These guys are the best of the best, they hold Google’s attention, they have massive power and influence because they have such a huge following. It didn’t happen over night, and for most of them it didn’t come by accident.
They put in a lot of hard work, many hours, days, months and years of blogging, creating valuable content, conversing, interacting, commenting, linking, networking and researching…
So if I were you, which i’m not, but I do it anyway, I would study these blogs. Study their structure, their navigation, their content, their layout, their designs, their tweets, their associations and their networks. Model them, pick a few who you would like to model and get going…
Dont be fooled, internet marketing success doesn’t just happen by accident and it wont happen overnight (but it will/can happen). Persist! Stick at it! Follow through and follow your dreams…
You’ve got work to do, so get to it!
